Just off the highway to Rochester, Minnesota
an aluminum can

had blown back and forth
on the asphalt

had become stuck
against the weeds

and while it rolled around on the road
it had attracted the attention

of a grazing horse
which was now pissing loudly

on the blossoming
wild flowers
