When Henry Was Growing Up

When Henry was growing up
he couldn’t understand
the white kids,

he just assumed
that they hadn’t learned
to speak yet.

But, after awhile,
he figured
they were having trouble

learning Spanish,
maybe they
just weren’t too bright.

Yet, Henry didn’t
make fun of them.
But, those white kids never did learn Spanish!
